Walsall Society of Artists – Summer Show at Weston Park 3rd – 31st July 2025

Entry Fees £5 plus an Installation Fee £15 per Artwork Selected for the Exhibition

The Entry Fee of £5 covers the handling of your submission. We will endeavour to select at least one artwork for the exhibition from each artist submitting work. Once the selection process has taken place, you will be notified on the 10th June after midday by email. We will attach a link for you to pay your Installation Fee of £15 for each artwork selected for the exhibition. This installation fee must be paid by 14th June.

Summer Show

We are inviting you to submit up to four artworks for our Summer Exhibition at Weston Park & Hall in the Rose Paterson Gallery.

Exhibition Dates 3rd July – 31st July

  • Open Call – 18th April
  • Close Call – 8th June
  • Selection Confirmation – 10th June
  • Installation Fees to be Paid By – 14th June
  • Delivery Day – 3rd July 8.30am – 10.30am
  • Curation Team make Final Selection on Delivery
  • Exhibition Opens – 3rd July
  • Meet The Artist Days – TBC
  • Collection Day – 31st July from 4pm – 5pm

The Rose Paterson Gallery, is a purpose built contemporary gallery, in the historic grounds of Weston Park & Hall. It is a prestigious venue, with a great footfall, and has a dedicated team of gallery staff.

There is an entry fee of £5 and after selection you will only be charged £15 per artwork selected for the exhibition. Good luck with your submissions!

Please make sure you have drafted an artist statement. You won’t be able to submit your entries without one. This artist statement helps the gallery staff talk about your work to their customers.
