Thursday 11th April, our guest demonstrator will be WAYNE ATTWOOD.

At 7.30pm at St Martins Church Hall we shall be welcoming Wayne Attwood as our guest demonstrator.

Wayne graduated from art school with a diploma in Art and Design. He became successful at painting large historical works, some being commissioned for heritage buildings in England.

‘St Martins, Thawing Snow’

After working as Creative Director for a national advertising and marketing agency he decided, in 2004, to leave it all and set sail across the Atlantic and around the Mediterranean. In doing this he rediscovered his his passion for painting. He spent a long period working in Malta before returning to the UK in 2011 after which he he became artist in residence at the New street Station/Grand Central development in Birmingham.

Wayne was elected as a full Member of the RBSA in 2015 and became Vice President in 2017. he has many works in private and public collections across Europe.
