On Thursday night, the New Art Gallery Walsall was alive with energy, artistry, and celebration as we hosted the private view of our 75th Annual Exhibition. What a night it was! The gallery’s bright, contemporary space was transformed into a vibrant showcase of creativity, drawing a fantastic turnout of artists and art lovers. From the moment guests arrived, the event buzzed with the kind of passion and communal spirit that makes our society so special.

Honouring Legacy and Leadership

One of the most poignant moments of the evening was honouring Hazel Lea as a Fellow of the Walsall Society of Artists and also asking her to become our President which she graciously accepted to our delight.  Hazel’s legacy of dedication and her unwavering role within our society were celebrated with pride.
