ART AT COMPTON VERNEY, WARWICK. MARCH 18 – JUNE 18

The British countryside has frequently been the inspiration for artists over many, many years.

350 years worth of rural scenes are on exhibition at Compton Verney, Warwick from now to the middle of June.

The exhibition titled ‘Creating the Countryside: Thomas Gainsborough to Today’ has works by George Stubbs and Stanley Spencer

to contempory artists Matt Collishaw and Grayson Perry.
