It’s that time of year again and submissions are open for our highly anticipated Annual Exhibition, this year will be our 74th exhibition and we will be celebrating Walsall Society of Artists inauguration in December 1949 making us 75 years old. The 74th Annual Exhibition will be held at The New Art Gallery Walsall in the Community Gallery on the ground floor. Throughout the exhibition Society Artists will be demonstrating and engaging with the community. We will be collaborating with local Poets to repeat our successful Art Meets Poetry Live Events with spoken and written word workshops.

Delivery Days: Saturday 23 November 2024, 11am – 4pm, Tuesday 26 November – Friday 29 November 2024, 11am – 4pm.
Selection Day: Saturday 30 November 2024
Results Day by Email: Monday 2 December 2024 from Midday
Unselected Work Collection Days: Tuesday 3 – Saturday 7 December 2024 11am – 4pm.
Private View: Thursday 12 December 2024, 6pm – 8pm
Exhibition Open: Friday 13 December 2024 – 2 February 2025
Collection of Displayed Work: Tuesday 4 February – Saturday 8 February 2025, 11am – 4pm

How to Submit Your Artwork

Submit your artwork using the online form below and pay your Exhibition Fees to complete your submission.

If you do not need to complete all sections of the form type N/A in the empty boxes to complete your submission.
NB: Artwork sizes must include the overall size with frame.

If you are struggling with using the online format please come along to our Help Sessions at our member monthly meeting on 14th November and we will assist you, Bring all your information on your artwork, bio and image, for us to help you. between 6.45pm -7.30pm at

Exhibition Fees

There is a £5 exhibition fee for each artwork submitted for selection to the 74th Annual Exhibition.

Pay Exhibition Fees

Please read the exhibition pack thoroughly, before completing your submission. All exhibition fees are non refundable.
