It’s that time of year again and submissions are open for our highly anticipated Annual Exhibition, this year will be our 75th exhibition and we will be celebrating Walsall Society of Artists inauguration in December 1949 making us 75 years old. The 75th Annual Exhibition will be held at The New Art Gallery Walsall in the Community Gallery on the ground floor. Throughout the exhibition Society Artists will be demonstrating and engaging with the community. We will be collaborating with local Poets to repeat our successful Art Meets Poetry Live Events with spoken and written word presentations.

Delivery Days: Saturday 22 November 2025, 11am – 4pm, Tuesday 26 November – Friday 28 November 2025, 11am – 4pm.
Selection Day: Saturday 29th November 2025
Results Day by Email: Tuesday 2nd December 2025 from Midday
Unselected Work Collection Days: Wednesday 3rd – Saturday 6th December 2025 11am – 4pm.
Private View: Thursday 11th December 2025, 6pm – 8pm
Exhibition Open: Friday 12 December 2025 – 15 February 2026
Collection of Displayed Work: Wednesday 18th February – Saturday 21st February 2026, 11am – 4pm

Exhibition Fee of £5 for each artwork submitted for selection to the 75th Annual Exhibition

NB: Our Exhibitions Secretary will only respond to queries in the evenings. Jude will confirm your submission is correct within two/three days, on receipt of your submission.

Advice on How to Submit Your Artwork

Submit your artwork using the online form above and pay your Exhibition Fees to complete your submission.

If you do not need to complete all sections of the form type N/A in the empty boxes to complete your submission.
NB: Artwork sizes must include the overall size with frame.
