Charles Evans

Many of you have probably seen Charles Evans demonstrate his craft before, probably at Patchings or at the Art and Craft Show at the NEC, so you will know we are in for a good evening.

Charles is one of the country’s most well known and well loved watercolour artists. As well as being on TV, he is now one of the leading demonstrators for Daler-Rowney and demonstrates all over the country.

Charles is also making videos for a company called Teaching Art as well as venturing into producing his own videos and DVD’s. He has made two videos for the Japanese, German, Italian and Netherlands markets.

He is now living in the wilds of Northumberland, writing, doing stage shows, workshops and demonstrating to art societies all over the country as well as holding painting holidays in the UK and Europe.

Not only does Charles demonstrate in watercolours but also oils, acrylics and watercolour pencils.

Attracting over 55,000 hits per year    www.charlesevansart.com    is one of the busiest online watercolour resources on the web.
