A REMINDER TO ALL WSA MEMBERS.
Posted on Nov 13, 2016If you are submitting works for the WSA 67th Annual Exhibition they must be taken in to the New Art Gallery, Walsall, this week.
Works will be received from Tuesday 15th Nov. until Friday 18th Nov.. The Gallery is open 10.00am – 4.30pm. Take your works to the reception desk where a member of the gallery staff will check and complete the relevant paperwork and take your entries from you once you have unpacked them.
REMEMBER, your name, address, telephone number, title and number of the work must be clearly and securely displayed on the back of each work submitted, in the top left-hand corner.
Make sure the mirror plates, screwed to the back of all 2D works 1/3 of the way down from the top, are well covered to prevent damage to other works.
Check the size of your 2D entries. There is a limit of 1 metre (39inches) side length, including the frame, on all wall hung works.
Selection will take place on Saturday 19th Nov..
THE COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OF THE WORKS.
